Clearer public capability and release notes
- Public product pages and guides now share one tested contract for supported Linux hosting, the six validated games, Free and Plus, shared relay, custom DNS, and local backups.
- Windows hosting is identified consistently as an evaluation path until its current release and relay-backed workload are proven in production.
- The public changelog now excludes internal administration, infrastructure, runbook, and Factory updates through an explicit audience boundary.
