Terms of Service
Terms for using Swarm Hosts.
Last updated May 28, 2026.
Overview
Swarm Hosts provides a web and API control plane for managing game servers on hardware you control. By creating an account, linking a Discord account, connecting a swarm host, using the API, or using the Swarm Drone Discord bot, you agree to these terms.
Your Account And Hosts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API tokens, agent tokens, Discord account, and connected hosts secure. You are also responsible for the operating system, Docker installation, firewall, network configuration, storage, game licenses, and files on hardware you connect to Swarm Hosts.
Swarm Hosts may queue deployment, backup, file, script, relay, DNS, and server action tasks at your request. You should only connect hosts you own or are authorized to administer.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Swarm Hosts to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, attack or scan systems without permission, distribute malware, evade rate limits, abuse relays or shared infrastructure, or interfere with the service for other users.
Game servers, mods, scripts, backups, uploaded files, and console commands remain your responsibility. You must follow the license terms and community rules for the games and third-party services you use.
Plans, Early Access, And Availability
Swarm Hosts is in early access. Features, plan limits, pricing, billing behavior, relay capacity, and supported games may change as the platform matures. Some features may be unavailable, degraded, capped, or removed while the service is being tested.
The service is provided as-is and as-available. Swarm Hosts does not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect monitoring, successful backups, successful restores, game server compatibility, public network reachability, or recovery from host-side failures.
Discord Bot
Swarm Drone is a Discord command layer for your linked Swarm Hosts account. Discord commands can show account-specific server information and may queue actions such as start, stop, restart, or backup when your account has permission. Treat Discord access like operational access to your game servers.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the platform, users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or service reliability. You may stop using Swarm Hosts at any time and disconnect your hosts or integrations from your account.
Limits Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swarm Hosts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost worlds, lost backups, lost profits, downtime, network outages, third-party service failures, game incompatibility, or data loss.
Changes And Contact
We may update these terms as the platform changes. If you have questions, contact info@swarmhosts.com.
